Stay home if you’re sick and take help from local health authorities and medical professionals.
Make sure to cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow when you cough or sneeze. Properly dispose the used tissues in the trash, and immediately clean your hands with soap and water or a hand sanitizer.
Wear a face mask if you are sick or if you are around other people (e.g., sharing a room or vehicle) and before you enter a healthcare provider’s office. Do not wear a face mask unless you are caring for someone who is sick.

Realme has suspended all upcoming launches in India amid COVID-19 lock down, including the Narzo series


Realme had originally scheduled the launch of their latest Narzo series of smartphones including the Narzo 10 and Narzo 10A in India on March 26 at 12:30 PM (local time). However the launch of the next in line Realme smartphones and other devices have been suspended or in other words postponed by the manufacturer's CEO Madhav Sheth following the announcement of a 21 day lock down in the country, as the novel Coronavirus continues it's spread across the states in India.

Realme is all set to launch the latest Narzo series to India on March 26


Realme will launch their latest Narzo series to India on March 26 at 12:30 PM (local time). The new series of smartphones will introduce the latest Narzo 10 and Narzo 10A to the country and is expected to bring a quad camera array on the former and a triple camera module on the latter. Realme announces 6i in Burma, world's first phone to feature MediaTek Helio G80 SoC


Realme held an event in Myanmar earlier yesterday, and announced their latest smartphone succeeding the recent Realme 5i from January, launching the very new Realme 6i. The new phone from the Chinese-based manufacturer is the world's first smartphone to feature MediaTek's Helio G80 gaming chipset, coming out of the box in Green Tea and White Milk color options and will sell in two memory variants. The 3GB RAM/64GB ROM model will cost you around 174.65 USD, while the 4GB RAM/128GB ROM adaption will set you back for $209.60 in the country with pre-orders starting today through March 26. The phone will pack an 6.5" HD+ IPS LCD water drop style notch display, 48MP quad camera array on the back with a 16MP front facing snapper. Realme X50 Pro 5G finally lands in mainland China


After launching the smartphone to India and Europe earlier last month, Realme have finally announced their latest X50 Pro 5G to mainland China a few hours back. The handset comes to the country in the same Rust Red and Moss Green color options featuring identical internal hardware specifications and design from it's international sibling. The pricing for the base adaption with 8GB RAM and 128GB of on board storage starts at $511.98, while the model with 8GB RAM and 256GB of flash memory will cost $554.65. There is also a 12GB RAM option with 256GB of storage space that will set you back for Chinese Yuan equivalent to $597.3. Realme have already begun to take pre-orders for the phone in the country, where you can now make a deposit payment of just 14.23 to place your orders. The sales for the brand new Realme X50 Pro 5G will kick-off from March 19.

Realme will bring their latest X50 Pro 5G to China on March 12


Realme announced India's first 5G smartphone, the Realme X50 Pro 5G back in February and now the company has finally decided to make the handset available in mainland China, by officially announcing the handset's launch date for the country from their formal account on the Chinese microblogging website Weibo. Realme will be announcing their latest device in China on March 12, and the phone is expected to arrive as the same global edition, with support to dual-mode SA/NSA capable 5G connectivity, 65W worth "SuperDart Charge" technology, painted in both Moss Green and Rust Red color options. The new phone in the East Asian country will be joined the vanilla Realme X50 5G, that made it debut back in China towards the beginning of this year. Realme goes official with the new Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro in India

Realme CEO calls off their upcoming launch event for Realme 6 series of smartphones due to health concerns over Coronavirus outbreak


Just a while back we saw Xiaomi India cancelling their all upcoming on-ground events for the month of March including the Redmi Note launch due to Coronavirus concerns. Now we see a similar move from Realme as well, as the company's Chief Executive Officer, Madhav Sheth took his official Twitter handle to announce that the manufacturer have called off their Realme 6 and 6 Pro launch event that was scheduled for March 5, 12:30 PM at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, New Delhi, India over the present reports of the novel Coronavirus outbreak and impact, also taking advisory from the health officials in the country. Keeping the safety of their attendees, media and team members in mind, the company have decided to cancel the event to maintain the safe social distance as a precautionary measure. The company will however give a live speech in stadium and live stream the launch of Realme 6 series online live on their formal YouTube channel, Realme India. Apparently, Sheth has also announced that Realme will be giving away Realme Band to every single person who booked a ticket to the event as a special gesture providing full refund of the ticket value.

Realme announces X50 Pro 5G globally, will be India's first 5G smartphone with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865


Realme announced their latest frontrunner smartphone, the Pro iteration of the Realme's flagship Realme X50 5G launched back in mainland China last month, this time arriving as Realme X50 Pro 5G globally. The phone will the Shenzhen-based Chinese smartphone manufacturer's first ever global release, bringing their top-end Android smartphone to the international stage, moving out of their major markets like China and India. The all new Realme X50 Pro will also be the first smartphone to launch in India featuring the next generation dual-mode standalone and non-standalone (SA/NSA) capable 5G connectivity under the hood featuring Qualcomm's flagship Snapdragon 865 Octa-Core chipset based on 7nm FFP speeding at 2.84GHz, that includes Snapdragon X55 Modem-RF system for dual-channel connectivity, and Adreno 650 GPU with fifth generation Qualcomm AI Engine. Realme X50 Pro 5G confirmed to launch on February 24


So we guessed it right, Realme just updated their official website for the European region, chaffing the launch of their latest 5G smartphone, now confirmed to be the Realme X50 Pro 5G, coming in at their scheduled Mobile World Congress (MWC) press conference, dated on February 24, the same day that marks the beginning of the world's largest trade exhibition from the mobile industry. With different posters shared by the company on Twitter in the past, the manufacturer have already been teasing the arrival of their all new 5G capable smartphone at their first ever Global Launch event. However Realme didn't leave us with any clues on what they had planned in stores for the consumers from this year's MWC event from their precious words, but now it looks like the phone maker is finally taking wraps off the phone and officially telling us to expect the arrival of their rumored Pro iteration of the original X50 5G smartphone, that was announced back in China, earlier in January.

 From the phone's silhouette being teased by Realme, we can see that, the handset will make it's debut with the dual punch hole style front facing cameras positioned on the top left corner of the display and also traiting slim body profile, just like it's vanilla variant. The livestream of the show will be aired online on their formal domain starting 9:30 AM (local time) on February 24, and while watching their MWC event live, viewers stand a chance to win 1 Realme X50 5G smartphone, 3 Realme Buds Air and 100 $10.92 coupons.

Realme C3 goes official in India, launching on February 6


As promised by Madhav Sheth, Realme's CEO of India, yesterday, we have the Chinese-based manufacturer launch their latest middle-ranged budget-friendly smartphone in the country, that will follow their existing Realme C series of devices as all new Realme C3. The phone will be a Flipkart exclusive in India and will make it's formal arrival on their online retail platform starting February 6. The handset will be offered in both 3GB RAM/32GB ROM model as well as 4GB RAM/64GB ROM adaption. The device will be marketed highlighting the battery capacity on board, where the smartphone will ship with a fairly large 5000mAh powered battery that delivers 30 days of standby, 43.9 hours on call, 19.4 hours of music playback, 20.8 hours of YouTube streaming and 10.6 hours of PUBG gaming on a full charge.

 From the front the smartphone will tot a 6.5" water drop style notch display housing the secondary front facing snapper. The screen is under protection of Corning Gorilla Glass and comes at 89.8% screen-to-body-ratio. Lastly when movingto the camera department, the device will pack a dual sensor module on the rear with LED flash light. Taking a look closer at the handset, we see the Realme C3 traiting a 12 megapixels "AI Super Camera" for primary photography at aperture f/2.4 and a secondary lens of unknown megapixels but with aperture f/1.8. The main lenses will even attribute features such as "Chroma Boost," "Slow-motion Video," "HDR Mode" and "Panorama Selfie."

Realme X50 5G has been finally made official in China


Today it's January 7 and as promised the Chinese smartphone manufacturer and Oppo subsidiary Realme, the company has formally announced their all new dual-mode 5G mainstream standalone and non-standalone (SA/NSA) frequency band supported flagship smartphone in the country of origin. The handset was recently listed on TENAA's database shedding light to most of it's internals and other detailed specifications. The manufacturer have been teasing the smartphone from every possible angle, revealing most of it's highlighted information. Today the phone maker finally brought the phone in public appearance, accompanied by the exclusive X50 5G Master Edition, that comes themed and outlined in two variants, one featuring a Lines pattern tinted in a gold/beige shade and another model traiting Point patterns on the back of the product in a all black glossy paint job (as seen below), both designed in partnership with the popular Japanese industrial designer, Naoto Fukasawa.


The standard version of the phone will be shipped in two memory options and colors, the 8GB RAM adaption with 128GB of ROM and 12GB RAM model with 256GB of internal storage space, tinted in Glacier and Polar colors. Interested customers from China can now reverse the phone from the company's official webstore, costing you a price of $360.01 equivalent Chinese Yuan for the 8GB RAM variant and setting you back at $432.04 for the Realme's 2020 flagship in 12 gigabytes of RAM. Lastly the device will boot to Android's version 10 with Realme UI on top, rather than ColorOS from Oppo, which is mentioned to reduce the memory usage by 20% and improve battery performance by 40%. 

Realme 5i goes official in Vietnam


Realme officially took the wraps off their latest smartphone in Vietnam, launching the all new Realme 5i in the country. We first saw the company tease the arrival of this latest Android powered smartphone for Vietnam on the manufacturer's formal Facebook page as well as making a half appearance and revealing some important details on an online retail website in the country. Following that report, earlier yesterday we even told you that, the very same smartphone got listed by yet another online e-commerce retailing website from India, where the Realme 5i is scheduled to land on January 9 as mentioned on the page dedicated for the device. The newest offering from Realme or the Oppo subsidiary will come as an addition to the lineup of devices including the Realme 5, Realme 5 Pro and Realme 5s.

 The phone features a polished back with a mirror finish, that is said to be processed from the Germany's leading five-axis radium engraving machine. The 5i is also splash-resistant upto some extend, protecting the phone from liquid damaging the internals, including the screen, back cover and the hardware buttons.

 Realme's 5i will be sold throughout the country for a price of about 159.04 US Dollars equivalent Vietnamese Dong. The smartphone already retails in the country through the phone maker's retail partner, FPT Shop, where they promise free nationwide delivery in 60 minutes with 0% installment plans. The company decided to paint the phones in two shades, Blue and Green, as Realme gave us an explanation on what lead them to these choices.

As seen in the past, we will have the 5i ship with a 6.5" water drop or dewdrop style notch display at 720 x 1600 resolution pixels and a screen display ratio of 89%, all set in an IPS LCD panel protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. Under the hood sits a 11nm based Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 AIE Octa-Core chipset clocked 2.0GHz and Adreno's 610 Graphics Processing Unit. Realme 5i is packed in two variants, a 3GB LPDDR4x RAM model with 32GB of on board storage and 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM adaption with 64GB of internal storage space both expandable via a dedicated microSD card slot upto 256GB.

 Now coming to the camera department, we will see a quad camera arrangement on the back with a 12MP primary sensor that consists 6 layers of lenses also toting phase detection autofocus technology, 10x digital zoom, AI light balance and Super Night Shot, with an aperture of f/1.8. The second sensor is an 8MP wide angle 5P lens with 119 degrees of field of view and f/2.25 aperture. The remaining two camera sensors are of 2MP each, fitted for portrait images as well as macro photography. The primary lenses module is also capable of recording 4K videos at 30 frames per second and slow motion videography at 120 frames per second with mechanical anti-vibration. From the front notch, the users are treated to an eight megapixels selfie camera with 5 layers of lenses and f/2.0 aperture. The unit gets juice from a 5000mAh powered battery that can reverse charge and supports 10W worth charging tech integration.

 Lastly, the Realme 5i will boot to Android's version 9 Pie with ColorOS version 6.1 on top. Unfortunately you will have to bear the microUSB port instead of the USB Type-C which is highly popular among middle ranged devices these days.

Specification details of Realme X50 5G are here from TENAA's database the day before launch


Lately, it's been the next generation Realme X50 5G and X50 5G Youth gaining a lot of attention around the world as these devices are going to make their official appearance tomorrow, January 7 at 2:00 PM (local tome) by the Oppo subsidiary, at their scheduled event in Beijing, China. A a few days back the smartphone manufacturer even confirmed the existence and arrival of a Youth version of their forthcoming flagship smartphone, the aforementioned Realme X50 5G Youth or Young that is said to debut with the vanilla X50 5G.

 Even though the phone maker have already confirmed several specification details of the device through posters shared on the country's social media platform, Weibo in the past, we however managed get our hands on to the phone's listing on TENAA, the Chinese telecommunications and equipment certification database, giving us a better and detailed look at all the information under the hood from Realme's frontrunner handset, due for a launch tomorrow in their native nation.

 The phone's model number is dubbed as RMX2051 and is capable of supporting standalone and non-standalone (SA/NSA) network frequencies of latest and fastest 5G connectivity and will ship with the Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 765G chipset and will trait a 6.57" Full High Definition Plus screen of TFT panel at 2400 x 1080 resolution pixels, housing two front facing camera sensors under the pill-shaped punch hole style selfie arrangement, coming out of the box in three variants, a 6GB RAM model with 64GB ROM, another 8GB RAM option with 128GB of internal space and lastly the mighty 12GB RAM adaption with 256GB on board storage room. From the back we we are looking for a quad camera lineup of lenses aligned vertically for primary photography that will bring along a 64MP main sensor, a 12MP lens, another 8MP lens, and finally a 2MP sensor. From the front expect a combination of 16MP and 8MP sensors in the punch hole. The fingerprint reader is integrated to the power button on the side of the X50 5G smartphone.

 According to the reported product weight and dimensions, the unit weighs about 202 grams and measures around 163.8 x 75.8 x 8.9 millimeters. We will get to see the phone in Blue, Purple, Black and Gold paint jobs.

Realme confirms the arrival of X50, we will get it before the Chinese New Year


We already know the Oppo owned Realme is in prep to launch their all new and first dual-mode SA/NSA 5G network supported smartphone, the Realme X50. Earlier back in November, we saw Xu Qi Chase, the Chief Marketing Officer of Realme share an image of a promotional poster for X50 on the Chinese social media platform teasing the arrival of their brand new and upcoming craft, telling us that the phone will work on dual-mode 5G networks and also giving a glance of the phone's silhouette that looks to feature a pill-shaped punch hole style dual front facing cameras. Later we even saw a spec sheet appear on the internet courtesy of a popular leakster from Twitter. But if the X50 seen from the professed specification listing surfaced in Chinese language along side the lighter version of X50 was to be taken for granted, we would get the smartphone featuring the Qualcomm's Snapdragon 735 processor, which was later proven wrong as the manufacturer again took Weibo to announce that their latest forthcoming X50 5G will trait support to the newly launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset, that carries an integrated 5G modem.

 So we pretty much assure you that the next generation smartphone from Realme will come with a pill-shaped dual punch style front facing secondary cameras and sporting Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor and will support dual-mode 5G frequency bands for blazing speeds. But unfortunately we still had no idea nor heard anything about when to expect this premium smartphone from the Shenzhen based phone maker. And interestingly yesterday, we had sources establishing that Realme’s Product Director, Wang Wei confirmed with a comment in reply to a media on the same Chinese social network, letting us know that we can anticipate for a formal release of the smartphone in the country before the Chinese New Year, or January 25, 2020. If other speculations are to be believed, our desk can also likely confirm the X50 to attribute a screen refresh rate of 120Hz and Oppo's VOOC flash-charging technology. We didn't hear anything on X50 Lite variant this time around, though.

Specifications and pricing leaks for upcoming Realme X50 and X50 Lite 5G handsets


Earlier last week we saw Realme's Chief Marketing Officer, Xu Qi Chase share an image on the Chinese social media platform teasing their forthcoming SA/NSA dual-mode 5G enabled smartphone X50. We already know that we are expecting an all new Realme X50 5G to come featured with a dual punch hole style front facing cameras with barely any bezels from the poster that showed up from Chase on Weibo. But that was pretty much it and we didn't get our hands on to any of the specs or other information regarding this new device that's yet to make it's debut sometime soon in the following weeks of December.


Interestingly today, there seem to be a new image that showed up on the same social media network, and caught our eyes courtesy of the famous Twitter based tipster, @Slashleaks. The new picture with specifications and pricing details also confirms that Realme may allegedly introduce not just one but two new models, as we spot the listings of a X50 Lite variant as well. The newly surfaced image is in the company's native language and when translated, we are anticipated to see the new X50 5G come traiting a Qualcomm Snapdragon 735 chipset that supports 5G networks (consider a pinch of salt here), 6.44" SuperAMOLED screen of 2400 x 1080 resolution display in protection of a curved 2.5 Corning Gorilla Glass 5, we doubt the presence of an integrated fingerprint reader under the hood. X50 will be available in three different models that comes featuring LPDDR4X based 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage for $284.20, 8GB RAM/128GB alteration for $312.64 and 8GB RAM/256GB version coming at $355.29. The phone features a 4500mAH powered battery with USB type C wired connectivity, and embraces support to NFC. From the camera department we are treated to a four camera layout on the back that consists of 60MP primary shooter with Sony's IMX686 sensor, alongside an 8MP wide angle lens and couple of 2MP sensors for depth and macro photography. On the front, with this new listing we can confirm a 32MP plus 8MP secondary front facing cameras in a punch hole style arrangement as aforementioned.

 Next we have the so-called X50 Lite model from Realme, that also packs somewhat similar specifications like the original X5 but with a slightly larger LCD screen of 6.55" with the same resolution display. And instead of the Qualcomm's Snapdragon, we are getting to see a MediaTek MT6885 processor that can connect the device to 5G networks as well. From the camera section you are welcomed by a 64MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP cameras, and a single 32MP single front facer for selfies unlike the vanilla model, we expect it also come in a single punch hole design camera. Other features remain the same but again with a larger battery of 5000mAH capacity and may only ship in two options, 6GB RAM/64GB model that will cost you about $227.33 and a 8GB RAM/128GB adaption for around $255.77.

Realme may become an independent brand from it's parent company Oppo


Chung Hsiang-wei, the Chief Commercial Officer of Realme Taiwan has made a very surprising statement that has left us thinking. As we all know, Realme is a sub-brand that's owned by the Dongguan-based Chinese telecommunications corporation Oppo. Listening to the new conversation between Chung Hsiang-wei and DIGITIMES, Realme is in plans to be an independent firm from their parent company Oppo, if their business continues to grow successfully.

The Shenzhen-based smartphone maker is said to have their own Research and Development team away from Oppo and is now expected to build their own ecosystem and production lines for manufacturing future Realme branded devices. Hsiang-wei also mentioned that they are still sharing resources with the parent brand. He also added that 60% of Oppo's customers are interestingly females and 60% of Realme's users are males. According to the CCO of Realme, Oppo is slowly getting into that premium division of products, meanwhile Realme is more towards fashion-centric handsets. From his words they are also looking to focus further on wearables and true wireless stereo (TWS) headset development.

Realme CMO teases forthcoming X50 5G with dual selfie cameras


Xu Qi Chase, Chief Marketing Officer of Realme recently posted an interesting picture on the Chinese social media website Weibo. Realme, a Shenzhen-based smartphone manufacturer is clearly preparing themselves for the launch of company's latest Android smartphone, the X50 5G. Chase took the platform to tease and give us a glimpse on their next arrival with a promotional poster as you can see above. X50 5G will be the brand's first handset with dual-mode 5G connectivity. The post from Chase on Weibo translates to,
Say why it is named #真我X50# : X:X series is the pioneer of realme to provide users with leapfrog experience 5:realme first 5G product 0: represents realme to open 5G leap year. The brand new 5G product series insists on the technology of Chaos, and I am realme!
Apart from words from him, we speculate that the device will ship with the punch hole design screen as you can see here, but with two front facing camera sensors, also making the X50 the first phone from the Chinese to feature dual selfie cameras. There isn't much room for bezels on the smartphone silhouette chaffed by Realme, so we expect to see a high-end handset with bezel-less display and dual punch hole cameras design. Nothing else have been officially disclosed at the moment by Xu Qi Chase or Realme about the X50 5G.
