Wear a face mask if you are sick or if you are around other people (e.g., sharing a room or vehicle) and before you enter a healthcare provider’s office. Do not wear a face mask unless you are caring for someone who is sick.

Oppo announced a new variant of their flagship Reno 3 smartphone launched back in China, in December 2019. The launch of the brand new smartphone has been made in Sri Lanka, bringing the Oppo Reno 3 with 4G LTE capabilities. In the past we saw the Reno 3 Pro make it's debut in India with 4G LTE support, unlike the models from their home country that features the fastest 5G dual-mode SA/NSA connectivity. The phone packs an 6.4" Full HD+ display with a water drop style notch housing a 44MP sensor, a MediaTek MT6779V Helio P90 SoC, coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal expandable storage. Around the back, rests a quad rear camera module with a 48MP  optics in charge, a 4025mAh powered battery unit with VOOC Flash Charge 3.0 support and runs ColorOS 7 based on Androids's version 10. You can choose the Oppo Reno 3 between Midnight Black and Auroral Blue color options. Unfortunately, the pricing and availability details were not disclosed by Oppo.

Next in line Oppo Find X2 Pro appears in it's first hands-on video leaked from China


Oppo will be announcing their Find X2 and the Find X2 Pro smartphones on March 6, alongside their latest addition of Oppo Watch in an online event from mainland China. The unveiling of this new series was supposed to take place during the Mobile World Congress trade show in Barcelona, Spain last month, but Oppo had to reschedule their launch event as on online-only live stream due the cancellation of MWC and the fears regarding the widespread of COVID-19 in the epicenter China. So as the world awaits for Oppo's brand new series of Find smartphones, we will see the company take wraps off their 2020 refresh for the first generation Oppo Find X that was announced back in 2018 tomorrow. And with all the official teasers and posters going live from the Dongguan-based manufacturer we have a special treat for all our Oppo fans out here. Here is the first hands-on video of the forthcoming Find X2 Pro caught in the wild from the popular Chinese microblogging website Weibo. The user shares a very short three seconds video, giving a glance of the smartphone's back and front panels, unfortunately with the high point screen turned off. However, the device falls exactly in line with our previous leaks and and teasers shared by the company, once again confirming the existence of it's telephoto type periscope lens on the primary camera module. The phone is painted in a glossy grey finish with Oppo's badging on the bottom left corner, as well as the phone looks to feature curves on both parallel sides from back and front panels, possibly hinting towards the bezel-less curved display as suggested in the past reports. Oppo A31 should soon arrive in India, promotional poster leaks


A newly leaked promotional launch poster have been making rounds on the web for the latest Oppo A31 smartphone that was recently announced in Indonesia earlier this month. The poster reportedly made it's way from an offline retail store from the country in the subcontinent, showing off Oppo's all new mid-ranged device as a new arrival in India alongside it's few highlighted specifications and other offers from partnered banks in the country. The phone is expected to go on sale in India starting next week in Fantasy White and Mystery Black color options, where Oppo India will offer customers 5% cashback on the purchase of their brand new handset using credit or debit cards from ICICI Bank, YES BANK, IDFC BANK and HDFC BANK, and the smartphone will be available on-contract from BAJAJ FINSERV, HOME CREDIT, HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES and via Pine Labs on EMI options. In addition you will also get Jio benefits worth $98.07 or upto mammoth 3.1 terabyte of 4G data. Oppo announced the new mid-range A31 smartphone in Indonesia


Oppo has officially launched their latest middle-ranged A31 smartphone in the Republic of Indonesia. The handset will be offered to the budget-friendly consumers of Indonesia, build in a combination of glass and polycarbonate frame, packing a triple camera module on the back and a water drop notch display on the front.

 The smartphone arrives in Fantasy White and Mystery Black color options, priced at Indonesian Rupiah equal to 190.26 USD for the 4GB RAM/128GB ROM (expandable) variant. The phone is currently up for grabs in the country through online retailers Lazada, Shopee Mall, tokopedia, JD.ID, blibli.com and akulaku. Oppo haven't really spoken a lot about their newest release in Indonesia, so lets quickly take a look at the brand new handset's internal hardware specifications.

Oppo announces the latest Reno 3 5G Vitality Edition in China


Oppo has gone official with the latest smartphone, Reno 3 Vitality Edition in their country of origin, China. The latest smartphone from Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corp., Ltd, follows their lately announced Reno 3 series of devices, consisting the vanilla Reno 3 and premium Reno 3 Pro. Oppo announces flagship Reno 3 and Reno 3 Pro in China


After showing off the smartphones in every possible way from previous leaks and teasers in the past few weeks, we finally have the Chinese Dongguan based mobile telecommunications corporation, Oppo announcing their latest set flagship series handsets, the Reno 3 and the Reno 3 Pro, both launched with the fastest 5G networks capabilities, with support to dual-mode SA/NSA frequencies.

 The new lineup of devices have been formally announced in the company's home country, at the Hangzhou city as previously scheduled, on the next day of Christmas, coming in as the successors to their last year's model, the Reno 2 and Reno 2 Z. The newest additions from Oppo will come in two variants and will feature fair amount of differences from each other. The first thing you will notice on these newly arrived smartphones is the changes on the front panel where the Reno 3 Pro comes out of the box with a full screen display and a punch hole style single front facing camera positioned on the top left corner, while the vanilla model packs a water drop style notch display housing t's secondary front facer.

 In terms of the build quality, the phones trait a metal/glass construction, where the manufacturer claims the Reno 3 series trait a rear cover that features their all new metal color mixing and coloring process, with which the hue naturally transitions from the handset's metal texture to glass texture. And when we finally look into the vanilla Reno 3, we see it arrive with the latest Mediatek Dimensity 1000 SoC that again features integrated 5G modem working on 4x ARM Cortex-A77 cores and 4x Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.6GHz, coupled with Mali-G77 Graphics Processing Unit and a dedicated APU. On the front you see a similar 6.5" Full High Definition Plus OLED screen but with a more flatter panel unlike the Pro iteration as well as  water drop style notch display that carries a the same 32MP secondary front facing selfie camera. On the back again we will see a different quad camera setup that showcases a 64MP primary sensor, another 8MP ultra wide lens, and a package of two lens for better black and white pictures as well as a portrait shooter. Rest of the specs remain almost similar between the two new siblings, as the Reno 3 will too pack a on-screen fingerprint scanner, a 4025mAh powered battery that supports 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 technology and packs stereo speakers in house. Both the phones run on Android's version 10 with Oppo's ColorOS version 7 on top. Reno 3 standard will be available in Sunrise Impression, Moonlight White, Moon Night Black and Blue Starry Night shades.

Oppo A91 and A8 gets officially listed on the manufacturer's Chinese website


Remember we already told you about two new smartphones awaiting it's formal approval from the Dongguan based telecommunications corporation, Oppo. We first saw the handsets leak on a promotion poster that came alongside the forthcoming Oppo Reno 3 series of devices, and on last Tuesday we saw the purported Oppo A8 show up on the country's TENAA certification database, revealing all the internals to our excitement. Now finally the manufacturer have decided to officially list both the newly launched smartphones on their solemn website for China, offering the all new Oppo A91 and Oppo A8 for their homeland market.

 You can already pre-book or pre-order the smartphone in China, from Oppo's own webstore, where the A91 will come with an affordable tag, costing just $285.30 for the eight gigabytes RAM and 128 gigabytes of internal storage option, painted in Modern Bright Red, Night Stars and Light of Snow Melting shades. Oppo's A8 will be even more budget-friendly coming in at just $171.12 for the four gigabytes RAM model with 128 gigabytes of on board memory. The the phone actually comes in two color options (Azure and Secret Night Black), as seen from the below picture, but you can only reserve the Secret Night Black tint for now.

 The sale for the handsets will kick off on December 26, 10:00 AM local time in China and Oppo has announced that they will be giving away their MH135 earphones free for a limited period and even offers 6 months of interest free payments on both the new smartphones. We haven't heard anything on the handsets international availability just yet.

 Oppo A91

 So talking about the internal specifications of the Oppo made A91, we will get to see the smartphone arrive with a 6.4" Full High Definition Plus AMOLED screen of 2400 x 1080 resolution pixels following the 90.7% screen ratio, also featuring the water drop style notch display that houses the secondary front facing AI camera of 16 megapixels. Interestingly the panel also packs a hardware-level dimming technology with TĂśV Rheinland's eye protection certification and an integrated on-screen sensitive fingerprint reader for further biometric protection. The unit is powered by a MediaTek Helio P70 chipset under the hood, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal space as aforementioned, also traiting microSD card so for additional storage. In terms of primary cameras, the phone attributes a quad sensor arrangement on the back with LED flash that brings a 48MP main lens, an 8MP ultra wide angle sensor with 119 degrees field of view, there's a 2MP macro lens and lastly another 2MP lens for depth sensing. Oppo's A91 is stocked with a 4000mAh powered battery with support to VOOC 3.0 Flash Charging technology. The phone measures just under 8.0 millimeters in thickness and only weighs around 172 grams, constructed in an arc design, falling under the 20:9 hands-on ratio, making the A91 lighter and feel good when hand-held.

Lastly when coming the smaller and cheaper iteration Oppo A8, the phone will come out of the box with 6.5" High Definition Plus IPS panel at 1600 x 720 resolution pixels in a similar fashioned water drop style notch display at 89% screen ratio with eye protection, also housing the an eight megapixels secondary selfie camera. Unlike the A91, the fingerprint scanner on the A8 is positioned on the back of the handset aside the triple camera setup that features a 12MP primary shooter, a 2MP macro lens and another 2MP depth-of-field sensor. The unit holds an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P35 SoC with 4 gigs of RAM and 128 GB of internal space, again that can be expanded. There is also 4230mAh powered battery and the Oppo A8 measures about 8.3 millimeters in thickness and weighs only around 180 grams. The smartphone will feel slimmer and lighter, crafted in a extraordinary ergonomic design, following the 20:9 slender ratio, as mentioned by the phone maker. Both the phones will run Android's version 9 Pie with Oppo's ColorOS version 6.1 on top.

 In the first image above we can see the phone featuring the same water drop style notch screen housing the single front facing camera, also displaying some of it's details on-screen, like we have already seen in the past. The phone again carries a model number PCPM00 that's is similar to the TENAA's listing and also tells us that the unit packs 8GB of RAM and 128GB of on board storage. We also understand the phone supports dual SIM capability and runs on Android's version 10, topped with Oppo's ColorOS version 7. Both the new forthcoming handsets from the Reno fleet are confirmed to support dual-model SA/NSA 5G connectivity.

 The user also posted a different image showing off Reno 3's back, which appears to be in glossy Blue paint job, we doubt if it's a glass construction also giving us a glance of it's vertically aligned triple camera arrangement with an additional sensor and LED flash.

Oppo's A8 is here on TENAA's listing, sheds light on it's internals


It looks like a busy day at TENAA, we first saw a new RAM and ROM option for Redmi K30 5G and then a 6GB RAM variant for Samsung Galaxy S10+. Now it seems like Oppo's turn, as a couple of days back we reported about two new smartphones, the Oppo A91 and Oppo A3 alongside the forthcoming Reno 3 that showed up in a leaked poster that was shared on the Chinese social media platform.

 Now we finally have some solid piece of information to tell you regarding the previously leaked and purported Oppo A8 smartphone, which we saw pictured in a promotional poster along the two other phones reportedly preparing for a launch from the manufacturer soon. So the brand new device that made it to the Chinese telecommunications equipment certification center, TENAA carries a model number PDBM00, and is said to come in Black, White, Green and Red color options featuring 4G LTE support.

 The phone will be a successor to Oppo's A7 that was launched back in 2018 and will again come with a water-drop style display on the front and a triple camera arrangement on the back instead of the dual camera setup we saw from it's predecessor. Also alike it's 2018 sibling, the phone will attribute a fingerprint sensor on the back positioned towards to the center of the device. The volume rockers are placed the left and the power button to the right. Oppo's A8 measures 163.9 x 75.5 x 8.3 mm in dimensions and weights about 180 grams. In terms of the internal specifications, the handset packs a 6.5" High Definition TFT screen of 720 x 1600 resolution display, an Octa-Core processor clocked at 2.3GHz and 4GB of RAM. For on board memory, you are treated to 128GB of internal storage space that can be further expanded via microSD card slot upto 256GB. From the camera department, you will see a vertical triple camera configuration that consists of 12 megapixel primary shooter with CMOS sensor, an 8 megapixel professed ultra wide angel lens and a 2 megapixels depth sensor, supporting 1080p video recording. From the front houses an 8MP secondary front facer as well. Lastly the Oppo A8 is also bringing along a 4230mAh powered battery and runs on Android's version 9 Pie.

New leaked poster from Oppo shows us the upcoming Reno 3, A91 and A8


It looks like we have some new and interesting information regarding the upcoming smartphones from the Chinese consumer electronics and mobile communications company, Oppo. A post surfaced on the popular social media platform from China yesterday, showed us some high definition renders of their upcoming Reno 3 Pro and vanilla Reno 3 handsets, both confirmed to support dual-mode SA/NSA frequency bands of 5G networks, scheduled to arrive on December 26. But alongside the previously seen smartphones from Oppo's Reno 3 series, we surprisingly spot two new handsets from the Chinese phone maker, that appeared on the poster that came our way from the Weibo user. When taking a closer look at the leaked fly-poster, we see the brand new and alleged Oppo A91 and A8 smartphones from it's front and back revealing their design and also giving us bits of internal details for the first time ever.

 So the new purported Oppo A91 and A8 looks to feature water-drop style drop display on the front, with quad camera and triple camera arrangement on the back, respectively, coming in three color options. The A91 is said to bring a 48MP main shooter in charge of the quad camera setup and a battery with integration of VOOC 3.0 fast charging technology. Under the hood is an 8GB RAM coupled with 128GB of memory. The listing also translates something related to on-screen fingerprint reader 3.0 (which we are not sure about). And we can also see three colors for the phone, black, red and a bluish-white shade. Now for the Oppo A8, we are anticipated a 4230mAh powered battery, 6.5" aforementioned water-drop style notch display, 128GB of internal space and triple AI cameras for primary photography. A8 made it's appearance again in black, red and white paint jobs. That's all we know about these smartphone right now, but we will keep you posted as get more on them.

If you guys remember the Find X, we can tell you that this interesting smartphone from Oppo had gained a decent amount of success and popularity among the smartphone lovers around the world and now it seems like the Chinese consumer electronics and mobile communications company is reportedly in work for a successor to their Find X model. In a recent talk with Oppo's officials, our sources have confirmed that the Dongguan based manufacturer is already considering a refresh to their Find lineup, which is now supposedly named as the all new Find X2.

 This next in line device is said to bring improvements to all the key selling aspects of it's predecessor smartphone. The Find X2 is also reported to carry the same full screen design from it's existing brother Find X. Oppo is also planning to increase the refresh rates of the display, that should indeed give out better colors and higher dynamic range. From the camera department, you can also expect improvements resulting in higher zoom quality, better low-light pictures and more. Find X1 is also said to introduce Sony's latest and custom sensor using All Pixel Omni-directional PDAF. In terms of software we also read that there will be more options to unlock the smartphone (which is still not disclosed) and even anticipate a faster charging technology for it's battery.

Oppo Reno 3 Pro arrives on TENAA certification database, here are the specifications


Earlier yesterday, Oppo's Vice President and President of Global Marketing, Brian Shen shared a video on his official Twitter handle, giving us a full view of their upcoming Reno 3 Pro's back showing off the smartphone's quad camera setup and multi-shade paint job. And if we recall, a few days back we even saw Oppo Reno 3's standard variant show up on TENAA's database giving us a full prospect of the smartphone's internal specifications. Now we think it's time to tell you more about the Pro iteration of the handset, that has already surfaced on TENAA's listing, also offering us a better look to the forthcoming phone from all sides. Interestingly there seems to be two models of the next generation Reno 3 Pro 5G that's reportedly in works of Oppo traiting dual-mode SA/NSA network, carrying model numbers PCRM00 and PCRT00, but both packing the same internals.

 So the new Reno 3 Pro once formally introduced, will come out of the box with a 6.5" Full High Definition Plus SuperAMOLED screen of 2400 x 1080 resolution display at 20:9 aspect ratio, also featuring the rumored single punch hole design cutout for a secondary front facing camera housing a 32MP unit for selfies on the top left corner. The panel will also have an integrated fingerprint scanner under the display for biometric protection. The device will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 765G Octa-Core SoC running at 2.4GHz, bundled with an 8 gigabytes of RAM and 128GB of non-expandable internal storage space. On the back you will have a quad camera layout, consists of a 48MP primary shooter along with 13MP,  8MP and 2MP sensors with LED flash. Reno 3 Pro will also pack a 3935mAh powered battery and you can expect fast charging technology. The smartphone will have support to USB Type-C connectivity as well.

Oppo Reno 3 gets TENAA certification, gives us a look and specification details


We have already seen Oppo's Vice President and President of Global Marketing, Brian Shen share an image with us teasing the launch their latest smartphone Oppo Reno 3 Pro 5G. He had also let us know that the new make from the Chinese will come featuring a glass body construction with just a thickness 7.7mm when measured excluding the camera bump, which should be the thinnest dual-mode 5G handset from the segment.

 And while we are still yet to confirm the alleged punch hole style camera on the upper left corner aside the time display for the Reno 3 Pro 5G, there seems to another variant of the smartphone making to the TENAA certification listing, which is now purportedly claimed to be the standard model, Oppo Reno 3. The phone that appeared on TENAA's listing lately was carrying a model number that read PCPM00. From the design aspect the smartphone here looks be a lot different from what we have seen or teased for the Oppo Reno 3 Pro by the Brian Shen this past Thursday, as these newly surfaced images from TENAA's website reveals how the standard Reno 3 will look like when launched officially by the manufacturer. At this moment we can't confirm whether the smartphone will carry a water drop style notch display or a single punch hole style camera on the top center of the smartphone. From it's back the device seems to carry a quad camera setup placed vertically towards the left top, joined by a LED flash to it's side.

 The power button placement looks to be on the right side of the smartphone with volume rockers to the left. The phone looks to arrive in White and Blue (as seen above) colors with a dimension of 160.2 x 73.3 x 7.9mm, and weighing 172 grams in mass. The Oppo Reno 3 will also feature a 6.4" Full High Definition Plus AMOLED panel of 2400 x 1080 resolution, with a fingerprint reader embedded to the front display of the smartphone. There will an Octa-Core processor according to the reports clocked at 2.1GHz and 8 gigabytes of RAM and 128GB of storage, that can be further expanded via a microSD card slot to up to 256GB. In for camera you can expect a 48MP primary camera bundled by an 8MP sensor and couple of 2MP sensors from the back and on the front houses a 16MP secondary front facer. Powering everything will be a 3935mAh powered battery and runs Android version 9, but don't hope to see the Reno 3 support 5G bands like it's Pro sibling.

Realme may become an independent brand from it's parent company Oppo


Chung Hsiang-wei, the Chief Commercial Officer of Realme Taiwan has made a very surprising statement that has left us thinking. As we all know, Realme is a sub-brand that's owned by the Dongguan-based Chinese telecommunications corporation Oppo. Listening to the new conversation between Chung Hsiang-wei and DIGITIMES, Realme is in plans to be an independent firm from their parent company Oppo, if their business continues to grow successfully.

The Shenzhen-based smartphone maker is said to have their own Research and Development team away from Oppo and is now expected to build their own ecosystem and production lines for manufacturing future Realme branded devices. Hsiang-wei also mentioned that they are still sharing resources with the parent brand. He also added that 60% of Oppo's customers are interestingly females and 60% of Realme's users are males. According to the CCO of Realme, Oppo is slowly getting into that premium division of products, meanwhile Realme is more towards fashion-centric handsets. From his words they are also looking to focus further on wearables and true wireless stereo (TWS) headset development.

Oppo Reno 3 Pro 5G's first look shared on Twitter


Yesterday we made our views clear on the newly surfaced screenshot that was shared on the internet claiming to be taken from the upcoming Oppo Reno 3 smartphone. We even reported that we may get to see a punch hole camera design on the handset as the screenshot was uploaded with an empty space next to the time display on the top left corner. And now, we have the company's Vice President and President of Global Marketing, Brian Shen sharing an image on his official Twitter handle giving us a possible look on their next generation Oppo Reno 3 Pro 5G. We don't know if there are two models in pipeline for Oppo to be released next month as the new handset here looks to carry the name "Pro". According to Shen, the new dual-mode 5G powered Reno 3 Pro will ship with a glass body measuring just 7.7mm in thickness excluding the lens bump. The company also said that this phone may be the thinnest dual-mode 5G supported smartphone in the market for this price segment. Taking a closer look at Oppo's Reno 3 Pro here, we can see a full notch-less display with rounded corners featuring really narrow bezels and the power button placement towards the left side. The phone looks to be painted in a shade of Blue as well. We are not able to confirm the claims of a punch hole camera design for the latest addition of Reno just yet, as the picture shared by Brian Shen seems to have cut off from the top left side leaving us wondering.

Oppo Reno 3 expected to pack a punch hole camera design


Oppo Reno 3 is the rumored new Android smartphone up from the Chinese that is expected to make it's launch officially next month, and while we wait for the handset to get introduced formally by Oppo, a screenshot seem to have made rounds on Weibo in the company's home country that has caught everyone's eyes lately. During the launch of ColorOS 7, we've heard from the manufacturer that their new device will come featuring the dual-mode 5G support. And now with the help of this newly shared screenshot we assume that the upcoming Reno 3 will have a punch hole camera design instead of their traditional pop-up selfie cameras we have seen on it's predecessors.

From the screenshot attached below you can spot a small space in the upper left corner aside the time display. This empty space on the side could hint the phone to carry a punch hole camera arrangement. We can't assure you about the authenticity of the screenshot here as we will have to wait for more news on the device itself. Apart from the camera unit we also see the presence of 5G on the phone with modes to actually turn on and turn off the faster network connection in the screenshot. There are also other reports suggesting that the phone is supposedly coming with a 6.5" FHD+ AMOLED display at 90Hz refresh rate also traiting a Qualcomm Snapdragon 735 chipset and 8GB of RAM. For storage you can expect 128GB or 256GB of space and a 4500mAH powered battery capable of 30W fast charging. Rumors also suggest a quad camera setup on the back with 60MP primary lens and a 32MP alleged punch hole style front facing secondary camera.

Oppo finally unveils full list of specification of N1 Mini smartphone



Oppo Electronics Corp. is an electronics manufacturer based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, and they had announced the miniature version of their Oppo N1 smartphone back in May, this year, but due to some sort of odd reason the company haven't provided ant kind of information on the handset's availability, pricing nor the internal specification listings, even though there came in bits and tits. But as of yesterday, the Chinese based phone maker have decided to disclose things and posted a dedicated page for the smartphone, Oppo N1 Mini on their official website. The phone is already available in Malaysia and retailing for a price of 1398 Malaysian Ringgit, that's about 437 United States Dollars, off contract.

So, the new/old phone from Oppo will come with a Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 SoC, running at 1.6GHz, with Cortex-A7 Central Processing Unit and Adreno 305 Graphics Processing Unit, five-inches High Definition screen of 1280 x 720 resolution display, 16 gigabytes of internal mass storage option, coupled by two gigabytes of Random Access Memory, a 13 megapixel swirling/rotating camera with Blue Glass Optical Filters, AR coated six lens, F2.0 large aperture, Sony's second generation stacked CMOS chip of 1/3.2 inches sensor and LED flash light, that can be used as primary shooter and a front facer, offering 24 megapixels Ultra High Definition pictures with more details, also attributing camera features like, Pure Image 2.0, Super Zoom, Hand-held Night Shoot, Beautification 4.0, 32-seconds slow shutter for long exposure, also supporting Panorama, GIF or animated images, HDR, Audio Photos and much more. For connectivity, the phone has got support to Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, OTG, FDD-LTE, WCDMA and GSM network radio capabilities, a 2,140mAh powered battery and runs proprietary ColorOS 1.4 based Android's version 4.3 Jelly Bean. The handset is measured at 148.4 x 72.2 x 9.2 millimeters thick in dimensions and weighs 150 grams on scale.

Oppo goes official with "the world’s thinnest 4G handset" R3 in China. Really?



Oppo Electronics Corporation from China has announced a new smartphone, named as Oppo R3. The handset from the company was unveiled in the presence of media personals at their Press Conference, that took place in Beijing, China, a couple of days back.

 The Chinese based firm boasts their new Android powered smartphone to be "the world’s thinnest 4G handset", as reported by the sources. The new unit comes out of the box measuring only 6.3 millimeters in it's thickness. Yeah, we too call it thin, but not the thinnest, if you haven't forgotten the 5.55 millimeters thick Gionee's Elife S5.5 smartphone, that was announced back in February, you will know which is really the thinnest 4G LTE handset available in the markets.

 Anyways, let the companies sort out the thickness issue with some lawsuits, eventually. So, talking about the new handsets internals, Oppo R3 will come toting the company's N1 Mini like specifications on board, as read from the words. Accordingly, the phone features a Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, clocked at 1.6GHz, five-inches High Definition IPS LCD screen of 1280 x 720 resolution display, eight gigabytes of expandable internal storage, one gigabyte of Random Access Memory, eight megapixels main camera on the back with a 1/3.2-inches sensor, aperture rate of f/2.0 and 1.4 micron pixels, there is also a five megapixels secondary camera on the front for clear 'Selfies'. It is equipped with a 2,420mAh powered battery and will run an unconfirmed version of Android with Oppo's own ColorOS.

 Oppo R3 will be available in both Black and White color options with the whole body dimensions of 142.3 x 70.4 x 6.3 millimeters, weighing about 140 grams in total. The phone is tipped to start it's retail sales later this month for a price of 2299 Chinese Yuan, that is around 369 United States Dollars.

Oppo releases the Oppo N1 Mini



Oppo has announces the mini version of Oppo N1, Oppo N1 Mini. Talking about the specifications of the device, the company hasn't revealed all the specs. In fact the manufacturer will host an event on 10th of June for launching the handset and for revealing remaining details of the device. From June 11th, the N1 Mini will be ready to pile up the store shelves.

The N1 Mini will be out of the box with a 5-inches screen with the resolution of 1280 x 720 display, 13 megapixels Sony 6-elements lens swivel camera with LED flash and Super Zoom feature as well. It runs Android OS with the company's ColorOS 1.4 over the hood. The smartphone weighs 150 grams and supports 4G connectivity. There is no news about the availability and pricing of the device.
