Protect yourself from Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The best way to prevent the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic illness is by avoiding your exposure to the virus. Clean your hands often, use soap and water for at least 20 seconds or a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol to clean your hands more frequently.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands or after being in the public.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Maintain a safe distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community.
Stay home if you’re sick and take help from local health authorities and medical professionals.
Make sure to cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow when you cough or sneeze. Properly dispose the used tissues in the trash, and immediately clean your hands with soap and water or a hand sanitizer.
Wear a face mask if you are sick or if you are around other people (e.g., sharing a room or vehicle) and before you enter a healthcare provider’s office. Do not wear a face mask unless you are caring for someone who is sick.

Oppo's A8 is here on TENAA's listing, sheds light on it's internals


It looks like a busy day at TENAA, we first saw a new RAM and ROM option for Redmi K30 5G and then a 6GB RAM variant for Samsung Galaxy S10+. Now it seems like Oppo's turn, as a couple of days back we reported about two new smartphones, the Oppo A91 and Oppo A3 alongside the forthcoming Reno 3 that showed up in a leaked poster that was shared on the Chinese social media platform.

Now we finally have some solid piece of information to tell you regarding the previously leaked and purported Oppo A8 smartphone, which we saw pictured in a promotional poster along the two other phones reportedly preparing for a launch from the manufacturer soon. So the brand new device that made it to the Chinese telecommunications equipment certification center, TENAA carries a model number PDBM00, and is said to come in Black, White, Green and Red color options featuring 4G LTE support.

The phone will be a successor to Oppo's A7 that was launched back in 2018 and will again come with a water-drop style display on the front and a triple camera arrangement on the back instead of the dual camera setup we saw from it's predecessor. Also alike it's 2018 sibling, the phone will attribute a fingerprint sensor on the back positioned towards to the center of the device. The volume rockers are placed the left and the power button to the right. Oppo's A8 measures 163.9 x 75.5 x 8.3 mm in dimensions and weights about 180 grams. In terms of the internal specifications, the handset packs a 6.5" High Definition TFT screen of 720 x 1600 resolution display, an Octa-Core processor clocked at 2.3GHz and 4GB of RAM. For on board memory, you are treated to 128GB of internal storage space that can be further expanded via microSD card slot upto 256GB. From the camera department, you will see a vertical triple camera configuration that consists of 12 megapixel primary shooter with CMOS sensor, an 8 megapixel professed ultra wide angel lens and a 2 megapixels depth sensor, supporting 1080p video recording. From the front houses an 8MP secondary front facer as well. Lastly the Oppo A8 is also bringing along a 4230mAh powered battery and runs on Android's version 9 Pie.
