Protect yourself from Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The best way to prevent the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic illness is by avoiding your exposure to the virus. Clean your hands often, use soap and water for at least 20 seconds or a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol to clean your hands more frequently.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands or after being in the public.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Maintain a safe distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community.
Stay home if you’re sick and take help from local health authorities and medical professionals.
Make sure to cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow when you cough or sneeze. Properly dispose the used tissues in the trash, and immediately clean your hands with soap and water or a hand sanitizer.
Wear a face mask if you are sick or if you are around other people (e.g., sharing a room or vehicle) and before you enter a healthcare provider’s office. Do not wear a face mask unless you are caring for someone who is sick.

Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC 2020) will be held online as Coronavirus continues to spread


Apple have announced that, they will host their 2020 annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) in the month of June in an all new online virtual format. The American multinational technology giant believes that this will be a great opportunity for millions of developers from around the world to get early access to the future of Apple's iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS and more. The company have also announced that they will commit $1 million to the local San Jose organizations in order to compensate the revenue loss as a result of the new online format of WWDC 2020.
We are delivering WWDC 2020 this June in an innovative way to millions of developers around the world, bringing the entire developer community together with a new experience. The current health situation has required that we create a new WWDC 2020 format that delivers a full program with an online keynote and sessions, offering a great learning experience for our entire developer community, all around the world. We will be sharing all of the details in the weeks ahead, said Phil Schiller, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing.
With all of the new products and technologies we've been working on, WWDC 2020 is going to be big, said Craig Federighi, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Software Engineering.
