Protect yourself from Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The best way to prevent the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic illness is by avoiding your exposure to the virus. Clean your hands often, use soap and water for at least 20 seconds or a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol to clean your hands more frequently.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands or after being in the public.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Maintain a safe distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community.
Stay home if you’re sick and take help from local health authorities and medical professionals.
Make sure to cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow when you cough or sneeze. Properly dispose the used tissues in the trash, and immediately clean your hands with soap and water or a hand sanitizer.
Wear a face mask if you are sick or if you are around other people (e.g., sharing a room or vehicle) and before you enter a healthcare provider’s office. Do not wear a face mask unless you are caring for someone who is sick.

Other rumors include a 10% larger battery units for the 2020 models of iPhones, mainly due to the drain caused by 5G connectivity. This could possibly be the previously rumored Apple iPhone SE 2 or the iPhone 9 2020

Well in the past we already told you about the budget-oriented Apple iPhone SE 2, the iOS running smartphone from the Cupertino based electronics manufacturing giant, who is scheduled to reportedly begin the mass production of the next generation iPhone SE allegedly in February. We then heard rumors suggesting to see the iPhone SE successor to make a formal appearance resembling the previous generation iPhone 8 that was launched back in September 2017. We even saw the speculations include a 4.7" Retina display, A13 chipset bundled with 3GB of RAM, also featuring Apple's traditional Touch ID home button on board.

Adding more strength to our previous reports and hypothesis, today we finally have @Onleak's Steve H.McFly from Twitter in collaboration with iGEEKSBLOG shedding some light on a few high definition CAD-based renders of the all new, purported and upcoming iPhone SE 2, that maybe called as the iPhone 9 since we never saw one come out from Apple. As we look closely here we can see the device from the renders match with the design aspects of the 2017 iPhone 8 and according to the reports the forthcoming Apple device will be an exact photocopy of it's older generation sibling iPhone 8. But unlike the previous model, the new phone's renders reveal a frosted glass back panel alike the iPhone 11 Pro that would debut on the iPhone SE 2 as well. From the front we see a outdated display with broad forehead and chin housing the single front facing secondary camera and earpiece on the top and the aforementioned Touch ID home button on the bottom. The back shows off a single camera lens again with the secondary microphone hole and the LED flash light. Even from all four sides as well we don't find anything positioned differently from the iPhone 8 in general. Apart from that, the phone is expected to pack wireless charging technology on board, an advanced and improved rear camera optics alongside the previously mentioned A13 Bionic processor under the hood from the words of our sources.

Apple iPad Pro 11 and iPad Pro 12.9 for 2020 leaks in new renders

Next generation Apple iPad renders are reportedly here. According to the notorious Twitter-based tipster Steve H.McFly, better known as @OnLeaks in collaboration with iGEEKSBLOG, what are looking at from these attached images above and below are the alleged and leaked renders of the forthcoming flagship slates from the Cupertino based multinational manufacturer, Apple.

According to the speculated reports from our sources, Apple will supposedly launch their all new tablets in two variants, like the Apple iPad Pro 11 featuring the 11" screen and the iPad Pro 12.9 toting 12.9" display that arrived back in November, 2018. We didn't see Apple announce any successors to their 2018 models of iPad Pro lineup, but now we hear that the company is interested in a refresh to the series and we would likely see it happen in March, 2020, as Apple is known for debuting their new devices during the spring season.

However when looking at the newly leaked CAD-based renders here, we can see a traditional slate design (alleged iPad Pro 11 pictured above and iPad Pro 12.9 pictured below), but incorporating the latest trends of 2019 from the industry. On the front we can see a conventional front facing secondary camera with narrow bezels all sides of the display with rounded corners. Things get interesting when we come to the back of the tablet as you can now spot a habitual triple camera module from the iPhone 11 Pro Max, housing three lenses for primary photography as well as the LED flash light. The devices looks to carry the hardware buttons much alike it's predecessors, with power button on the top right corner and volume rockers positioned to the right side. The back still traits the big Apple logo in the center. Reports also mentioned that, it's too early for the tipster to confirm what material will be used for these new tablets incoming from Apple, so he decided to show off the iPad Pro 11 model with the usual aluminium build and the iPad Pro 12.9 renders with the rumored glass back. Rumors even indicate that we may end up seeing Apple bring the A13X chipset to their 2020 versions of iPad models. @OnLeaks only shared the dimensions for the 11" iteration, that said to be around 248 x 178.6 x 5.9 mm, but will count to 7.8 mm when considering the rear camera bump. Apple's Leadership page no longer lists Jony Ive. Marks his exit from the company

The mastermind behind all product designs for Apple all these years is reportedly no longer a part of the American technology company. Apple's Chief Design Officer Jony Ive has reportedly left the corporation as expected. His name seems no longer listed in Apple's Leadership page suggesting an official depart. Here we recall that, on June 27 Apple made it clear that Ive will leave the company later this year to start an independent designing firm with his friend and collaborator Marc Newson, called the LoveFrom, that will work with Apple for their future products from the Americans. This was what Apple's CEO Tim Cook had to say then,
“Apple will continue to benefit from Jony’s talents by working directly with him on exclusive projects, and through the ongoing work of the brilliant and passionate design team he has built."
Jony Ive was formally recruited to Apple as their full-time employee first on September 1992, where he had quit the job on several occasions. Ive became Apple's Senior Vice President of Industrial Design later in 1997 with the return of Steve Jobs. Since then he was in charge and responsible for the manufacturer's most successful hardware designs and sketching all major innovations in Apple's consumer technology, starting from the first generation Apple iMac's to the latest Apple Watches and even their store designs and delineation of Apple Park. Later in 2015 he was was promoted as the Chief Design Officer of Apple. Software and Hardware Design is now said to be under the charge of Apple's Chief Operating Officer, Jeff Williams.

Samsung to mass produce OLED panels for Apple iPhones in 2020 along with LG

Reports are coming in from the Korean based media, etnews that the display panels for Apple's next generation iPhones will be mass produced by Samsung Display. The American technology company is expected to introduce their iPhones in three different models next year that range from 5.4" vanilla iPhone, 6.1" iPhone Pro, and a larger 6.7" iPhone Pro Max. Although earlier it was reported that Apple will be bringing four or more models including the purported iPhone SE 2 next fall, and the manufacturer is said to use OLED display panels on all these models that's yet to go official from Cupertino. As reported by our sources, Samsung is said to be the sole supplier for the 5.4" iPhone and 6.7" iPhone Pro Max variants with OLED displays that will feature the on-cell touch flexible panels.

According to etnews, these kind of OLED panels are said to have a built-in touch function, unlike others that require a separate film, indeed making them much thinner and cost efficient. Samsung Display's on-cell touch OLED panels traits Y-OCTA technology and they are the the only company that can mass-produce these kind of panels for Apple in required quality and quantity. Samsung Display will reportedly manufacture the organic light emitting diode panels for standard iPhones and iPhone Pro Max models as aforementioned, while LG Display will be their choice for making the display consoles for Apple's 6.1" 2020 frontrunners in order to stabilize the supply and demand for these hardware, as the iPhone Pro is expected to arrive with the original on-cell film touch based OLED displays.
“Although Apple had been sticking with film touch method since its first iPhone, Samsung Display has succeeded in drawing a change from Apple by actively promoting Y-OCTA technology to Apple. It is heard that Samsung Display also suggested shocking terms in order to obtain an order from Apple., said a representative for the industry.

iPhone 11 Pro Max reportedly shipped with the wrong charging cable from Apple

Michael, a recent buyer of an Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max reportedly came across something funny yet annoying incident after the purchase of his new device. According to the svetapple.sk, Michael's iPhone 11 Pro Max came out of the box with a Lightning to USB Type-A cable instead of Lightning to USB Type-C version. Apple had launched their latest flagship smartphones with the 18W fast charger that features a Type-C port. But unfortunately for Michael, the phone shipped with the old version of Lightning to USB Type-A cable that he can only use with Apple's vanilla 5W charging adapter.

As we can see in the picture attached below, everything else seems to have been in place inside the box for Michael except the mixed up charging cord that was supposed to ship with the standard iPhone 11. It's not clear what caused this situation for Michael, but even if it sounds a little bit strange, this has to do something with Apple's production and assembly lines in China where the phones get packed in their retails boxes because seeing an accessory that doesn't match your device in a sealed box of a $1099 to $1449 worth smartphone is definitely not what the customer is expecting. According to our sources the customer has already contacted the store from where he purchased the handset. We don't know if any other customers have come across such unusual and odd circumstances with their iPhone purchases, but if you do please contact Apple and the store you bought your device from.

Apple analyst gives his views on next generation iPhones, claims to bring 5G to all upcoming models

Ming-Chi Kuo an Apple analyst recently made a note that all models of next generation of Apple's iPhones will arrive with support to both mmWave and sub-6GHz bands. According to him, this will allow the upcoming so called iPhone 12, iPhone Pro and iPhone Max users to establish a better connection to 5G network towers across the Stateside. We also read that, Kuo is expecting the Americans to use 5G modems manufactured by Qualcomm in their future devices. Another observation of Kuo claims that Apple may use the LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) antenna design. LCP is a beneficial material used in making phone antenna technology and it is said to perform exceptionally well across different temperatures with very less rate of signal reception loss. Ming-Chi Kuo also predicted that the shipment allocation of 5G iPhone models carrying the LCP antenna will increase about 70-75% in 2020. The reason behind his finding is that the 2020 iPhones will adopt to use Liquid Crystal Polymer antennas, the production of iPhone 7 that doesn't feature the LCP antennas has been discontinued and iPhone XR shipments will decline eventually. So basically as noted by Kuo, Apple is reportedly focusing more on LCP antenna technology across smartphone industry, which is said to deliver their users with improved performance with 5G technology.
