Lenovo Group Ltd. which is a Chinese multinational computer technology company, has announced a new smartphone to their existing Golden Warrior fleet, in their homeland today, dubbed as the new Golden Warrior A8.
The new Android running handset from the Lenovo will use MediaTek's latest Octa-Core processor and will be the first ever 4G LTE capable smartphone to feature their MT6592 SoC. In term of the exterior design of the freshly sanctioned front runner phone, it will almost resemble Samsung's Galaxy Note 3 like draft, with that stitching pattern over the leather textured plastic, on the sides of the device's back cover.
So, Lenovo has equipped their brand new release with the aforementioned, Octa-Core MediaTek MT6592 processor and they've also installed MediaTek's MT6290 LTE chip, that is efficient of handling great data download speeds for up to 150Mbps. There is a five-inches High Definition capacitive touchscreen of 1280 x 720 resolution display, 16 gigabytes of eMMC internal mass storage, two gigabytes of Random Access Memory, 13 megapixels back-illuminated main shooter on the back with dual-tone LED flash light and a five secondary front facing snapper. Golden Warrior A8 will run Android's version 4.4.2 KitKat with Vibe User Interface 2.0 on top.
The phone will come to China in Gold, Pink, Black and White color options, where the China Mobile version of the handset will cost you 798 Chinese Yuan, that is around 128 United States Dollars, or else the Chine Unicom variant will set you back for 898 Chinese Yuan, about $145. Unfortunately, there is no word on the international availability of the smartphone from the manufacturer, just yet.
