We know that, Nubia Technology, the China-based smartphone manufacturer with headquarters from Shenzhen is all set to reveal their next generation Red Magic 5G gaming smartphone on March 12, after their plans for the Mobile World Congress got cancelled due to Coronavirus concerns. And as we await the formal launch of the device, here is a new video posted on the country's video sharing and live streaming platform by the Nubia's Chief Executive Officer, Ni Fei who gives us a glimpse of their very special Transparent or Nude Edition Red Magic 5G smartphone.
The phone basically seems packs a clear glass panel, presumably Corning Gorilla Glass panel on the rear side exposing all the internal components of the handset such as the unique cooling fan on the phone that spins at 15000 RPM under maximum speed, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset along with SA/NSA capable dual-mode 5G antenna, the LPDDR5 16GB memory, as well as the WiFi version 6 module. The back also highlights the smartphone's first of it's kind 144Hz screen refresh rates, mentioned as "144Hz: Faster than fast." Other high point features on the Red Magic 5G include Quick Charge and 10A Parallel Charging capabilities. In terms of the design, the phone packs a triple camera primary arrangement on the rear with three lenses aligned vertically, isolating the last optics from the first and second ones, with a LED flash light sitting above these sensors. We spot the Red Magic logo branding on the center of the rear glass panel with the volume buttons and power button positioned to the right side of the device, with the air intake grill and the gaming control capacitive button or fingerprint reader resting above the hardware buttons.
