Vivo launched the original iQOO Neo 855 Android powered smartphone for their home market back in October and now there seems to be another addition to the device in works from the manufacturer. Recently a new Vivo branded handset have made it through the Chinese certification website TENAA that claims to be the next and the latest iQOO Neo 855+ carrying a model number that translates to V1936AL.
Alongside the leaked handset that showed up on the certification database we also got to see what the phone will attribute under the hood in terms of performance when we will finally see Vivo make an official announcement for this newly surfaced smartphone sometime soon. The newest iQOO Neo 855+ is expected to go official with a few upgrades from it's previously launched, Vivo iQOO Neo 855.
So this new make from Vivo, that has been listed by TENAA features an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ chipset coupled with Adreno 640 GPU, and a 6.38" SuperAMOLED screen of 2340 x 1080 resolution display with integrated on screen fingerprint reader. For memory, we will see a new 12GB RAM model along with the 8GB version unlike the vanilla Neo 855 that came bundled only in 6GB and 8GB RAM options. The phone will also trait 128GB worth of internal storage space that cannot be expanded any further. From the camera sector you will get a triple camera setup that consists of a 12MP primary lens with F/1.79 aperture aside an 8MP wide angel sensor with F/2.2 aperture and a 2MP depth sensing lens of F/2.4 aperture. From the front awaits a 16MP secondary front facing camera of aperture F/2.0 as well.
Unfortunately the smartphone will not have support to dual-mode 5G connectivity but will offer you dual 4G VoLTE networks and ships with a 4420mAh powered battery capable of 33W fast charging. In for software you can look out for Android version 9 topped with iQOO Monster UI. The all new Vivo iQOO Neo 855+ is disclosed to come in Electro-Optic Violet and Golden color options.
