HTC has been preparing an new smartphone based on the company's latest flagship smartphone, HTC One 2014 (M8), but running a different mobile operating system than Android, reportedly attributing Microsoft's Windows Phone version 8.1. Accordingly the Taiwanese phone manufacturing company has already scheduled a Press Conference in New York City, United States, on the upcoming date of 19th August, Tuesday, where the whole tech world believes the firm to unveil the new rumored smartphone officially.
Following all the speculations, we now have the Stateside telecommunication provider, Verizon Wireless leaking/posting a new Press render of the looming smartphone, that's very identical to their current front runner smartphone, One M8. The only change here is from the software side, where we see the device's screen from the above leaked Press image, sporting the latest version of Windows Phone operating system's live tiles, exactly as rumored in the past. The new yet to go official smartphone from HTC is said to make it's debut on the countryside Verizon Wireless's network, as today the people there have got a high resolution Press rendered image uploaded to their servers, with file name being dubbed as, "HTC_M8_Windows", you can check out the full size image on Verizon's domain, here.
There isn't much of details of the rumored, leaked and talked about smartphone being surfaced on the internet at the moment, but we hear the impending phone from HTC running Windows Phone 8.1 OS to feature the same Quad-Core powered Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, speeding at 2.3GHz and Krait 400 CPU, Adreno 330 Graphics card, also the very same Full High Definition five-inches screen, 16 or 32 GB internal expandable storage options, coupled by a two gigabytes of RAM and running Windows Phone 8.1 with GDR1 update installed, right out of the box.
