It has been about an year now, we have witnessed the world's first ever dual-screen Android powered smartphone, who is now all set to hit the store shelves in several select regions. Wondering what we are talking about? Well, this is all centering a peculiar handset that features a normal color touch screen on the front with a secondary e-ink 'Fina' display on it's back.
For a specs brush-up, the new unit sports a Dual-Core Krait processor clocked at 1.7GHz, a monoblock touch panel with bot front and back displays, both being 4.3-inches sized screens, on the font with a capacitive multi-touch LCD screen of 720 x 1280 resolution display and the back shows off markings of 360 x 640 resolution with a EPD display and capacitive touch zone below for gesture controls, 32 gigabytes of on board memory and 2 gigabytes of RAM, a 13 megapixels main camera with LED flash light and a megapixel's front facer, 1,800mAh powered battery and running Android's version 4.2 Jelly Bean. The smartphone also comes pre-loaded Put2Back application for the secondary screen and special YoataPhone gestures. The YotaPhone measures at 133.6 x 69 x 9.99 millimeters in dimensions and 146 grams in weight.
The Black and White smartphone have already hit Germany, France, Russia, Spain and Austria for about 678 United Sates Dollars. We also read that the company is in plans to add 20 more countries to the list, which will get the YotaPhone treatment by March, 2014.
