The Taiwanese manufacturer, ASUS has just officially announced the refreshed version of their PadFone Infinity, which we last saw at Mobile World Congress, 2013 back in February.
The updated successor of this dockable tablet-smartphone will feature a 2.2GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC, five-inch screen of 1080p resolution, 16 gigabytes and 32 gigabytes of internal storage options, the same 13 megapixels primary shooter with f/2.0 and also the newly introduced PixelMaster which can make use of pixel binning feature to produce clearer three megapixels images from the stock 13 megapixels sensor and two megapixels front-facer, along with 2,400mAh powered battery, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean aside with ASUS's traditional User Interface and also SonicMaster audio technology. The ASUS PadFone Infinity is presently available in Titanium Black and Platinum White color options.
There is no reports on the units availability yet, but we have the pricing details, where the smartphone will go for $640 and tablet for $240.
