The Chinese manufacturer, Oppo has officially announced their 2014's flagship named Oppo Find 7 in Beijing, China. It has become the World's first phone to have a QHD screen with the resolution of 2560 x 1440 display. The device also comes in two variants.
Oppo Find 7 higher model packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset clocked at 2.5GHz processor, Adreno 330 Graphical processing Unit (GPU), 5.5-inches 2K screen marked at 538ppi, the screen comes with Gorilla 3 which helps to operate the device with wet hands. It has 32GB internal memory (expandable via microSD card slot), three gigabytes of Random Access Memory, 13 megapixels Sony IMX214 CMOS with a f/2.0 with dual LED flash which is capable of taking 4K recording and slow motion videos at 100fps, HDR-capable GIF creation, RAW mode and a 5 megapixels front-facing camera.
The camera can take images at the resolution of 8160 x 6120 with the 'Super Zoom' feature, the camera 10 consecutive quickly then automatically picks best four shots that makes up to 50 megapixels still. It has 3,000mAh powered battery and runs Android's version 4.3 Jelly Bean over hood with the company's additional ColorOS 1.2.
The lower model of Oppo Find 7 packs Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset clocked at 2.3GHz processor, 5.5-inches screen with 1080p display, 16GB internal memory (expandable via microSD card slot), two gigabytes of Random Access Memory, 2,800mAh powered battery and runs Android version 4.3 Jelly Bean. The device is available in Black and White color options. For connectivity it supports Near Field Communication (NFC), Bluetooth 4.0 and 4G LTE connectivity. Oppo brought new technology called VOOC, charges fast from 0% to 75% in just 30 minutes. The lower end devices weighs 171 grams and 9.2 mm thick and higher one weighs 173 grams. Both devices packs MaxxAudio speakers and comes with a special app named MaxxEq which allows good sound to tune in.
The pricing of the higher end model $565 and the lower end model costs $480. Oppo has announced a new wearable with these devices. A smart wristband named O-Band keeps track of your sleeping patterns, also reminds you of missed calls, records your fitness scores and packs a vibration alarm.
