As it is 25th of March, and we are just hours short of HTC's official announcement of it's 2014 front runner smartphone, the rumored and leaked One 2014 or internally codenamed M8. But as usual, we have another leak to report you folks, but this time a full comparison video shot with some professionalism, and we mean in 1080p High Definition.
The new upcoming Taiwanese handset gets laid down and is compared to the company's current generation flagship model, the 2013 HTC One. The new video footage hits YouTube by TechSmartt channel, where they discuss the difference between the two devices and highlights the new features included by HTC, as well as test the new unannounced device on multiple benchmarking applications.
Starting off with it's five-inches LCD screen of Full high Definition 1080p resolution display, with pixels-per-inch marked at 440, Quad-Core 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor and Adreno 330 Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), micro SD card expansion, two gigabytes of Random Access Memory (RAM), dual-four Ultrapixels main camera on the back with twin LED flash lights and a five megapixels secondary snapper on the front, HTC's BoomSound dual-stereo speakers, attributing fourth generation LTE and Near Field Communication (NFC) connectivity support on board, powered by a 2,600mAh powered battery and runs Android's version 4.4.2 KitKat with HTC's own Sense User Interface 6.0 over the hood. Where else the original one or the flagship's 2013 edition featured a 4.7-inches LCD screen of Full HD 1080p resolution display, with pixels rate of 469 ppi, a Quad-Core 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor and Adreno 320 GPU, two gigabytes of RAM, four Ultrapixels camera on the back with LED flash and a 2.1 megapixels front facer, again HTC's own dual-stereo BoomSound speakers, 4G LTE and NFC connections, 2,300mAh powered battery and running Android version 4.4.2 KitKat with Sense UI 5.0 on top.
As far as both the unit's design and build material is concerned, the new upcoming HTC M8 is designed in rounded edges, unlike M7's more squared off style, both constructed out of aluminium chassis. It is also said thet the new One 2014 edition's Sense 6.0 UI and it's features like the BlinkFeed is more snappier than the original one of Sense 5.0 from the M7. They also quote, the cameras on the new phone is a "big selling point." To know more watch the embedded video yourself, and we will return with the official words in a while.
