Protect yourself from Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The best way to prevent the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic illness is by avoiding your exposure to the virus. Clean your hands often, use soap and water for at least 20 seconds or a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol to clean your hands more frequently.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands or after being in the public.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Maintain a safe distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community.
Stay home if you’re sick and take help from local health authorities and medical professionals.
Make sure to cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow when you cough or sneeze. Properly dispose the used tissues in the trash, and immediately clean your hands with soap and water or a hand sanitizer.
Wear a face mask if you are sick or if you are around other people (e.g., sharing a room or vehicle) and before you enter a healthcare provider’s office. Do not wear a face mask unless you are caring for someone who is sick.

Lenovo goes official with ThinkPad 10



Remember the same Chinese multinational consumer electronics manufacturer announcing their advanced business friendly tablet, the ThinkPad 8, back in January. The company has taken a step forward, and today they have announced their next generation high-end Windows 8.1 running slate, named the ThinkPad 10, through their latest Press Release. The newly announced Lenovo ThinkPad 10 is said to be optimized for business professionals, that delivers premium mobile experience with enhanced productivity capability out of the box.

 The new Microsoft powered slate from Lenovo is built with premium aluminium construction, with Corning Gorilla Glass to protect the ten-inches Full high Definition vivid display on the front. Users of the new ThinkPad 10 will be able to use the slate in four convenient and flexible ways, from Tablet, Stand, Laptop to Desktop modes. Using the ThinkPad Tablet Dock or USB 3.0 docking station, you can easily add an external display, mouse and keyboard. The Lenovo made ThinkPad 10 will ship with a digitizer pen, and Microsoft's Windows 8.1 operating system over 64-bit support, four gigabytes of internal storage capacity (expandable up to 128 gigabytes), eight megapixels main shooter on the back with LED flash, and two megapixels front facer, attributing 3G and 4G LTE radio's network connectivity on board, also boasting ten long hours of battery life. For far, better and safe web browsing, the new slate also offers VPN access control on top. You will be able to grab the ThinkPad 10 from the firm's official domain and other selected retailers, which will be available from next month, for a price of 599 United States Dollars.

Lenovo ThinkPad 8 starts off it's sales in the Stateside



Lenovo's one announcement that took over the mobile technology media back at this year's Consumer Electronics Show, was their ThinkPad 8. The Chinese multinational manufacturers slate that attracts the business officials with almost high-end internals and affordable pricing is now ready to be sold out from their domain in United States.

 Why for business humankind? This very unit from the Lenovo Group Limited will come in a complete metal body and will slot a dedicated HDMI port for better viewing experience, that lets the user connect the ThinkPad 8 to a external monitor or a projector, with the potential of Microsoft's Windows 8.1 operating system.

 So you must be anxious to know this workstation's internal specification listings? Well, the tablet will come out of it's box with a Quad-Core Intel Atom Z3770 clocked at 2.39GHz, alongside Intel HD Graphics 7th Generation, a 8.3-inches screen of 1200 x 1920 resolution marked at 273 pixels-per-inch, mighty 64 or 128 gigabytes of on board mass memory option (expandable via microSD card slot), two gigabytes of DDR3 Random Access Memory (RAM), eight megapixels primary camera with LED flash light with 2.2 megapixels front facing camera, both with 1080p video capturing capabilities, Bluetooth 4.0, an eight-hours powering battery and Windows version 8.1 and Pro 32 running over the hood.

 So if you prefer to get hold on to a Lenovo ThinkPad 8, you can order one from the company's official online store at a price of 429 United States Dollars for the 64 gigs variant and $569 for the 128 gigabytes model, respectively. Dell goes official with 2 new Android and 2 Windows tablets



Yesterday the American multinational computer technology company, Dell had announced it's four new next generation Venue tablets powered by both Android and Windows, you are up for a quick look.



What you see above are the Android powered slates from the Americans, the Dell Venue 7 and Venue 8, packing almost the same specifications with a Intel Atom Z2580 processor running at 2GHz Dual-Core Central Processing Unit (CPU), seven-inches and eight-inches screen size's respectively with a IPS LCD display of resolution of 1280 x 800, there's 16 gigabytes of internal storage option in the Venue 7, where else Venue 8 comes with 16 and 32 gigabytes of internal flash memory, both with (expandable via microSD card slot) and WiFi and fouth generation (4G) LTE connectivity.

 These slates from tablets from Dell will run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box, but according to the Americans, the tablets are upgradable to Google platform's latest, Android 4.4 KitKat in the future.

 The Dell Venue 7 and 8 are to hit the markets by October 18th, where the Venue 7 will be fairly priced at $150 and Venue 8 goes up to $180.



Now for the Windows fan, the company is offering two of it's new line-up with the Windows on the Operating side, what you see above is a Dell Venue 8 Pro.

 As the name suggests, the Venue 8 Pro is a eight-inch variant, packing a Quad-Core Intel Bay Trail chipset, a IPS screen of 1280 x 800 resolution display, 32 and 64 gigabytes of internal storage option (expandable via microSD card slot), 2 gigs of Random Access Memory (RAM), five megapixels main camera, a pen stylus support and Windows 8.1 on board.

 The tablet will be available from October 18th at a price of $300.



Finally the American's flagship device, the Dell Venue 11 Pro, featuring a Intel Bay Trail SoC with Intel generation i3 or i5 Haswell processor, 11-inches screen of 1920 x 1080 resolution display, 32GB on board storage (expandable up to 256 gigabytes via microSD card slot), 2 gigs of RAM, Universal Serial Bus (USB) ports with Windows 8.1 Operating System.

 Dell has also introduced different types of docks and keyboards, that can be used with both of the Windows slates from the company, where the Venue 11 Pro will be unveiled with three docks and a lightweight keyboard. Also, the Transformer-esque docks packs a integrated battery for additional 80 percent of battery life.

 The new flagship from Dell is to be on sales by November 7th at starting price of $500.

HP outs four new Android-powered slates and Window's Tabs



The American multinational information technology corporation company, Hewlett Packard has now officially announced four new Android lineup slates in different sizes and specifications  for everyone's daily need.

 HP have tablets from seven-inch to 10-inch ones. The company has also introduce two new Microsoft Windows tablets as well. These devices will start shipping by the month of November. We have some of it's specs detailed, in here, check out.

 HP Slate 7 Extreme from the above image is expected to come out of the box with NVIDIA Tegra 4 Quad-Core processor, a seven-inch screen of 1280 x 800 resolution display and a stylus pen as well.




Next up is the Hewlett Packard's 7 HD, a Dual-Core runner with a seven-inch 1280 x 800 IPS screen, nine hours battery life, Beats Audio and  200 megabytes of free data from T-Mobile for 2 years. The company also have a 10-inch variant of the above seven-inch model with the same specifications.



HP Slate 8 Pro also comes with a NVIDIA Tegra 4 Quad-Core processor, eight-inch screen of 1600 x 1200 resolution at 4:3 aspect ratio, an eight megapixels back camera and 2 megapixels front-facer. It is also supported by an SD card and HDMI output as well.



And now, this is the American company's first Windows 11.6-inch tablet with keyboard dock, the Pavilion x2. It is expected to come out the box with 1366 x 768 IPS screen, 4GB of RAM and up to 128 of flash storage. This device will be soon available for sales from November 17th in three color option at a starting price of $599.99.

 


Finally, Hewlett Packard's second Windows version, the Omni 10. The tablet packs a 1920 x 1080 resolution screen and 2 gigs of RAM. It consists a microSD, micro HDMI and micro USB ports on the sides.

Rumors of Microsoft getting a Dock Station soon for their upcoming Windows Surface tablets



And now for some Windows session, we have rumors of Microsoft introducing a Dock Station for their upcoming Windows Surface tablets, later this fall.

 According to the sources, Microsoft is in plans to introduce a docking station for their Surface tablet line-up, where it is heard that this new upcoming accessory can only be compatible with Surface Pro and Surface Pro 2, but not with a Surface 2 or Surface RT. The dock consists of a mini display port for video out-put, as well as three Universal Serial Bus ports 2.0 on the sides and one 3.0 port on the back side, microphone/headphones port for audio in and out and a one gigabyte Ethernet port for further connectivity.

 And now according to the design reports, the dock is rumored to be quite large in size, where the tablets slides in at an angle, with a couple of arms on the either side of the dock, which is then pulled to release the tablets from the dock.

 We still have no reports on the exact availability, we have sources claiming that this accessory will be shipped alongside the new Windows Surface Pro 2 tablet, later in this fall in United States. No word on the pricing yet.
